Rational Warranty

Rational offer a 2 year warranty period on their range of equipment.

(1 Year standard, 2 years for registered units)

If you experience any issues during this period contact us and we can organise the repair. There's no need to contact Rational or your dealer, as a Rational Service Partner, we can carry out the work direct.

If you are unsure if your issue will be covered under warranty, contact us and we are normally able to advise prior to attendance.

Breakdowns & Chargeable Repairs

Should you experience problems outside of your warranty period, contact us to arrange a

fast, efficient repair. As a trusted service partner you can be assured we will only ever charge the Rational list price any parts or cleaning chemicals you need.

We know how important it is to have minimal disruptions in the kitchen, so aim to provide a fast response and high 1st time fix rate.

We carry an extensive van stock to enable us to repair most units on the first visit. Should

any specialist, non stock items be required, we can order these direct from Rational, Germany.
